MANUFACTURING PROCESSES
We only use the highest
quality base elastomers, which are completely free from sooty particles
or other dyes. This means our membranes retain their natural colour and
are not altered by additives. They achieve their maximum product life
through using a higher volume.
Elastomers are especially
notable for their rubber-elastic properties: very little force is
required to stretch them and they return to their original shape once
the force is removed. They are macromolecules, connected to each other
through just a few chemical network bonds and are therefore ideal as a
material for manufacturing membranes.
